Bookish Resolutions for 2018

We have passed down an entire stretch of road and now stare at the beginning of another. I have a bit of a hit or miss relationship with making resolutions- as you can see in more detail here – yet I’ve decided to approach 2018 differently than I did 2017. I’m a year older and thus much wiser than I was last year (I hope so at least). Instead of making concrete detailed goals, I’m going to outline a few things I want to accomplish and look at them as guidelines rather than strict rulings of my behavior.

Summer TBR + Goals

It’s been 5 days since my summer vacation started and I don’t know the date. Not so surprisingly this isn’t a rare occurrence. If there’s one thing the school year is good for it’s for forcing me to know what day it is but when it comes to summer all the days just blur with one another. But now that it’s summer there is infinitely more time to read! Story Time: Meeting an Author for the First Time

I finally reached that milestone. The thing every reader dreams of, meeting the person who created something they fell in love with. Writing Update #2: The One in Which Very Little Actual Writing is Done

As you may guess from the title of this post, this month was not the best writing month. By the end of December I had a little over 11,000 words and now as I sit here writing this that number is now 11,234. I only wrote 200 words.
